Crisis Therapist
Pay: $60,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
Location/Schedule: Hamilton, OH (Butler County coverage) | Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
trak group is partnering with a well-respected behavioral health organization to find a calm, compassionate professional to provide community-based mental health crisis support. This daytime role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an immediate impact without the stress of on-call demands.

Pay: $60,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
Location/Schedule: Hamilton, OH (Butler County coverage) | Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Respond in the community to mental health crisis calls alongside law enforcement
- De-escalate situations, assess risk, and provide short-term follow-up care
- Create individualized care plans and coordinate next steps for each client
- Document thoroughly in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams and community stakeholders
- BSW, MSW, or Master’s in Counseling or related field
- Active Ohio licensure (LISW or LPCC preferred; LSW, LPC, or MFT accepted)
- Strong crisis assessment and de-escalation skills
- Familiarity with community-based services and supports
- Valid driver’s license and commitment to safety and collaboration
