Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Permanent Crisis Therapist to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide immediate and effective therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing acute psychological distress. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing crisis management plans, and offering short-term therapeutic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the level of crisis and appropriate interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized crisis management plans.
- Provide short-term therapeutic interventions to stabilize clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Required Skills:
- Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local mental health resources and referral processes.
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques suitable for crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in Ohio.
