What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat, in both English and Spanish
- Process product inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Log customer interactions and resolution details into the system accurately
- Place outbound calls to follow up on pending requests or collect additional information
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues and maintain service standards
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to process improvements
- Gain knowledge of medical product functionality and support procedures
What You Bring:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound communications
