Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims and handle inquiries from providers and members related to medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Educate customers via telephone and written communication about plan benefits, eligibility, and claims determination
- Assist with research and resolution of claims-related inquiries and correspondence
- Deliver a high level of customer service experience to clients
- Obtain and verify correct paperwork for claims processing
- Monitor and maintain member policies across multiple systems
- Cross-check data across internal and external systems to ensure accuracy
- Respond to customers via phone and chat software
- Customer service experience
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to claims or insurance-related tasks
