Customer Service –Claims
Looking for an opportunity where you can join a growing team, start quickly, and build your experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Trak group is seeking a Customer Service –Claims professional to support claims processing and customer inquiries across multiple lines of coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review claims while meeting daily production and accuracy goals
- Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone and email
- Research and resolve claims issues, discrepancies, and refund requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM and internal systems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, claims, or client support experience
- Comfortable handling high call volume and data entry tasks
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare, insurance, or claims terminology preferred
