What You’ll Do:
- Manage and enter high volumes of customer orders with precision
- Communicate order details, changes, and shipping updates via email and phone
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to coordinate fulfillment
- Track, update, and maintain order and shipping data in ERP and Excel
- Proactively support issue resolution related to orders, delays, or inventory
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and documentation
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Strong written communication skills (most correspondence is via email)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- ERP and order entry system experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, filters, sorting; pivot tables a plus)
- Professional, polished demeanor and team-first attitude
