- Manage customer orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver excellent service
- Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain scorecards tracking performance against customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and seize opportunities
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with order entry/fulfillment
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
