- Provide support to 3 outside sales reps and hundreds of suppliers.
- Handle a high volume of daily emails and manage customers' needs from order entry to shipping, processing credits, bill of lading, and more.
- Work in a dynamic, stop-and-go style role, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High volume CSR experience – adept at juggling multiple tasks.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized, manage time, and follow up.
- Microsoft Savvy – Proficient in Word and Excel.
- High Energy and Team-Oriented with a bubbly personality.
- 3 years of B2B CSR experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing setting (chemical experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, extremely fast-paced environment.
