Your Impact in This Role
- Support 3 outside sales representatives and hundreds of suppliers
- Handle a high volume of daily emails and customer inquiries
- Manage customer needs from A to Z, including order entry, shipping, credit processing, and bill of lading
- Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, stop-and-go environment
- Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet customer demands
- Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
What You Bring to The Table
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing (chemical industry experience is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- High energy and bubbly personality with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers
- Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed tasks
- Adaptability to a hybrid work schedule
