Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | M-F 8-5

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Cincinnati location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position.
