- Support ongoing team initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in an office or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- A service-oriented mindset and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of company products and services
