Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with customers one the phone
- Printing out purchase orders and shippers for hand over to the warehouse
- Front of the house inventory checks at the end of every day
- Answer 800 number telephone calls
- Enter orders and information requests
- Explain product information
- Trouble shoot product questions from customers
- Track package shipments
- Call customers for information needed to complete orders, upgrades, etc.
- Process service procedures for product sent in for evaluation/repair/upgrade
- Print picklists, customer invoices/receipts, shipping labels, shipping documents Ship confirm orders
- Accounting control of sold products by physical count compared to generated sales report
