Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include:
  • Speaking with customers one the phone
  • Printing out purchase orders and shippers for hand over to the warehouse
  • Front of the house inventory checks at the end of every day
  • Answer 800 number telephone calls
  • Enter orders and information requests
  • Explain product information
  • Trouble shoot product questions from customers
  • Track package shipments
  • Call customers for information needed to complete orders, upgrades, etc.
  • Process service procedures for product sent in for evaluation/repair/upgrade
  • Print picklists, customer invoices/receipts, shipping labels, shipping documents Ship confirm orders
  • Accounting control of sold products by physical count compared to generated sales report
