trak group is partnering with a trusted manufacturing company to find a Customer Service Specialist who’s ready to bring professionalism, mechanical curiosity, and problem-solving skills to a tight-knit team. If you’re someone who enjoys fast-paced customer interactions, troubleshooting product issues, and contributing to a collaborative work environment, this role could be a great match.

- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers (25–40+ daily), assisting with troubleshooting and product support
- Enter and manage customer orders using Acumatica ERP (or similar system)
- Work with both B2B and B2C customers to resolve product issues and ensure satisfaction
- Use templated emails and CRM systems to document customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions or alternatives
- Support other team members with shared client service responsibilities
- Attend regular training to improve product knowledge and service quality
- 2+ years of stable experience in a call center or manufacturing-based customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude—comfortable guiding users through basic product troubleshooting
- ERP system experience preferred (Acumatica a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to follow detailed processes and prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, focused, and comfortable in a heads-down environment
