Your Impact in This Role
  • Provide timely and accurate entry of customer orders, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Act as the first level of problem resolution for customers, addressing and resolving their needs positively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on customer purchasing patterns.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to enhance their experience.
  • Prepare and track performance metrics, including sales campaign results.
  • Provide regular updates to management on activities and customer interactions.
  • Interface with internal departments to meet customer delivery needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and tactfully.
  • Serve as the first responder for all incoming calls and distribute them appropriately.
  • Advise on scheduling and shipping requirements.
  • Liaise with employees at all levels to achieve company goals.
  • Track and maintain spreadsheets on quotes and product sales.
  • Analyze customer accounts and make necessary corrections or modifications.
  • Trace and expedite late orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to The Table
  • High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with solid business acumen.
  • Demonstrated business development and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to meet specific goals and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume call-load environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to use CRM applications effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to our Pennsylvania facility approximately 3-4 times a year for about a week at a time.
