Responsibilities include:
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, problem solving, probing and follow-up skills.
  • Must have basic mechanical and technical knowledge and aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external consumers.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone soft skills, verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. (Acumatica experience preferred)
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently seek and attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
What you need to succeed:
  • 3-5 years of B2B customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Word and Excel)
  • Past job stability
  • Order entry and inbound/outbound call experience
