Responsibilities include:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently seek and attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
What you need to succeed:
  • Seeking someone with stability.
  • 3-5 years of B2B customer service experience.
  • Order entry and inbound/outbound call experience.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical components with consumers and conflict resolution with significant time in the role.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Some ERP experience is expected.
