trak group is hiring a Customer Solutions Analyst to support customer relationships, service metrics, and data-driven improvements across North American operations. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the order process for an assigned customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
- Lead efforts to improve customer service performance and satisfaction metrics
- Develop processes to collect, maintain, and analyze large data sets
- Identify trends or problem areas and recommend solutions to improve results
- Create and maintain customer scorecards aligned with service requirements
- Proactively communicate internally to resolve issues or capitalize on opportunities
- Participate in projects and initiatives as needed to support the business
- Manufacturing customer service or CSR experience required
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup using a personal laptop
- Hybrid flexibility
- Hands-on role supporting both customer relationships and data analysis
