- Play a crucial role in supporting a backlog of data entry tasks, with the chance to gain exposure to AP/AR.
- Enter and verify data into spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Send out outstanding invoices and help clean up any backlog.
- Support the accounting team during a system migration.
- Work with numbers and identify discrepancies in financial entries.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel; ability to manage spreadsheets confidently.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) is a big plus.
- Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
