- Send out backlog of invoices and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Assist in transitioning data and processes during system upgrades.
- Work with spreadsheets and numbers, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable (AP), or AR is highly desirable.
