Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Use Excel to open, format, and convert data for seamless integration
- Serve as the liaison between the team and data-trading partners, maintaining and modifying data exchange specifications
- Analyze and create file maps and processes to enhance EDI applications and interfaces
- Coordinate troubleshooting, testing, implementations, and upgrades related to data files
- Provide technical support for file communications, ensuring timely and accurate results
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to open, format, and convert data
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
