$24–$25.50/hour
trak group is partnering on a confidential search for a Development Coordinator to support a mission-driven organization focused on charitable initiatives and community impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, data-savvy, and passionate about development, marketing, and events that make a difference.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, data-savvy, and passionate about development, marketing, and events that make a difference.

- Administrative Collaboration: Coordinate with internal finance and systems staff to ensure data alignment and tech support
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Strong experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM platform (Salesforce considered)
- Excellent data management, reporting, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
