Development Manager
Pay: $90,000–$100,000 + up to 10% year-end bonus
Location/Schedule: 100% Onsite | Downtown Cincinnati | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
We’re partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit development group revitalizing Cincinnati’s urban core. As Development Manager, you’ll oversee complex, high-impact real estate projects from concept to completion. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll guide teams, shape the built environment, and help drive the city’s growth.

- Supervise and mentor development staff, supporting workload and professional growth
- 7+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, planning, architecture, or construction management
- Strong project management and team leadership background
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, architecture, or urban planning (required)
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for city revitalization and long-term community impact
