Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards and compensation programs, as well as all benefit and employee health offerings and programs, including well-being.
  • Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs and recommend modifications based on data trends, surveys, and other viable sources of information.
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of additional services of existing HRIS and other people technologies.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Operations to develop and coordinate communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about Total Rewards.
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of industry best practices and future trends of Total Rewards programs, compensation, and benefits.
  • Oversight and execution of benefit renewal and open enrollment process, including preparation of announcement material and communication of changes to employees.
  • Ensure company compliance with provisions of Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a regular contact for employees, internal customers, insurance vendors, and/or third-party administrators.

What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of very strong Benefits experience with a similarly sized or larger organization (2000+ Employees).
  • Compensation experience, specifically building compensation models.
  • Interest in building/running Employee Wellness program.
  • Experience in a Total Rewards program, preferably implementing a program.
  • HRIS interest – ability to manage relationship with UKG.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
