Director of Clinical Research
Looking for candidates to serve as a liaison to the finance staff to ensure proper establishment of studies/client accounts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service and communications to patients/visitors/co-workers/physicians
  • Oversee process for research financial compliance
  • Ensures timely and accurate management of the financial research process consistent with company policy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and establish a rapport with outside vendors (sponsors)
  • Ensures notification of appropriate department leaders of anticipated research and solicits their input on any proposed study
  • Updates committee members of regulatory or policy changes related to research
  • Serves as the intake person for all research applications submitted to the hospital for review and approval
  • Provides training to hospital staff on the research program as necessary
What you need to succeed:
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, or related disciplines
    • PhD preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws governing research
  • Experience with medical record documentation review for accuracy, and compliance with all laws, rules, policies and procedures regarding research
  • Strong administrative skills due to the large focus on budgets, grant writing, compliance, etc.
  • Healthcare background preferred, but not required
