As the company prepares to triple in size through upcoming acquisitions, this role is critical to shaping scalable systems, aligning company culture, and accelerating post-merger integration efforts across four locations in the Midwest and South.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR integrations from due diligence through post-close assimilation across multi-site operations
- Build scalable systems for onboarding, compliance, benefits, recruiting, and workforce planning
- Support M&A growth by embedding shared values and team alignment at newly acquired sites
- Personally handle critical HR tasks early on—benefits enrollment, hiring paperwork, audits, and more
- Establish partnerships with PEOs, benefits brokers, and HR tech vendors
- Advise leadership on retention, organizational design, and people strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team as the business scales
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in high-growth or M&A environments
- Strong background in benefits, compliance, recruiting, and employee relations
- Proven ability to design, lead, and execute integration and cultural alignment strategies
- Comfort working independently, traveling to multiple locations, and handling competing priorities
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on both execution and long-term impact
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
