This individual will drive systems innovation, digital transformation, cybersecurity compliance, and infrastructure strategy for a growing global organization with a complex technical footprint.

IT & Digital Transformation
- Lead multi-phase ERP modernization and integration projects
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies including automation and AI
- Champion cross-functional transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Build and execute adoption strategies to drive successful rollout of new technologies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage expectations
- Promote a culture of flexibility, innovation, and resilience
- Integrate AI and machine learning solutions to improve operations and insights
- Identify and evaluate new AI tools to advance offerings and internal efficiencies
- Stay current on AI trends and apply to business use cases
- Oversee IT security and compliance with military cybersecurity standards (e.g., CMMC)
- Develop and enforce security policies in collaboration with external partners
- Ensure robust protection of company systems and data
- Lead U.S.-based network infrastructure operations and support global connectivity
- Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure across all locations
- Collaborate with international teams to align IT strategy and performance
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience with expertise in ERP upgrades and integrations
- Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Epicor, Adaptive, and customer/supplier portals
- Experience working across U.S. and global operations with cross-cultural, cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (CMMC a plus)
- Expertise in network strategy, infrastructure, and systems design
- Prior success managing IT teams and fostering positive, high-performing cultures
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related enterprise tools
