Director of Investor Relations and Marketing
Pay: $150,000–$175,000 + up to 30% bonus potential

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective investors
- Lead fundraising efforts for real estate funds and individual deals
- Grow relationships with high-net-worth investors and family offices
- Prepare investor updates, reports, and presentations
- Oversee onboarding, compliance documentation, and investor events
- Manage brand and marketing strategy in partnership with external agencies
- Maintain CRM and investor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and usability
What You Bring
Required:
- 5–10 years in investor relations, fundraising, or marketing within commercial real estate, private equity, or financial services
- Proven success raising capital from high-net-worth individuals/family offices
- Commercial real estate experience
- Proficiency with CRM and investor platforms (Juniper Square preferred)
- Strong understanding of private real estate investment structures (REITs, Funds, Syndications)
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- Experience overseeing marketing strategy and brand presence
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and investor engagement metrics
