Pay: $150,000–$200,000 + 50% bonus + profit sharing
Location/Schedule: Onsite | Erlanger, KY | Full-time
We’re partnering with a privately held group of companies to fill a newly created Director of Treasury role reporting directly to the CFO. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to oversee liquidity, capital planning, and financial strategy across a diverse portfolio of businesses. - Manage lender relationships, ensuring transparency and strength in external partnerships
- Oversee corporate insurance coverage across all related companies
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and insights
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses to leadership as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years in finance, accounting, or treasury leadership roles
- Strong accounting knowledge; experience in private credit a plus
- Proven experience managing liquidity and raising capital from external sources
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership
- Highly ethical, analytical, curious, and solution-oriented
