Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and administer safety protocols within the facility.
- Coordinate environmental and safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct testing in various environmental parameters.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and external organizations regarding sustainability efforts.
- Lead team trainings, including new hire and additional training sessions.
What you need to succeed:
- Familiarity with ISO 45,001 and ISO 14,001 standards.
- Ability to move between floor and office environments as needed.
- Collaborate with Matt (SHER Manager) on split training responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong aptitude for science and math required.
