- Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and lead accident prevention initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver monthly safety trainings and foster a culture of safety across the organization.
- Manage and maintain compliance software, including updates to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Support regulatory compliance for new products and market expansions.
- Assist in managing government licenses, permits, registrations, and certifications.
- Stay current on government regulations, particularly those related to environmental sustainability.
- 3–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing lost-time injuries and conducting incident investigations.
- Familiarity with SDS compliance software and regulatory assessments.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
