- Lead and manage the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department with a team of 3-4 direct reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to evaluate and qualify new products, bringing your 3 plus years of experience in this area to the forefront.
- Drive the integration of sustainability initiatives into the EHS department, aligning our environmental and business goals.
- Apply your 3-5 years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing to enhance our safety protocols and procedures.
- Play a pivotal role in acquisition integration efforts, leveraging your expertise to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop career paths and mentorship programs within the EHS framework, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Act as a pragmatic solution provider, utilizing your problem-solving skills to address complex EHS challenges.
- Demonstrate polished public speaking and presentation abilities, effectively communicating our EHS vision and strategies.
- Exhibit a high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative work environment, embodying a servant leader mindset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) with a track record of managing direct reports.
- 3 plus years of experience working collaboratively with sales teams to qualify new products.
- Proven experience integrating sustainability into the EHS department's strategies and operations.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
- Preference for candidates with a background in acquisition integration.
- Strong understanding of career pathing within the EHS framework.
- A servant leader mindset, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to EHS challenges.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities.
