Your Impact In This Role
- Design electrical cabinet layouts for machine orders, adhering to company and customer specifications.
- Support customers and service technicians on electrical issues, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Lead and contribute to the design of new equipment and enhancements to existing products.
- Supervise electrical design and assembly personnel, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with department management to plan and execute electrical projects, including manpower estimation and scheduling.
- Drive innovation by recommending improvements in methods, designs, and equipment as needed.
What You Bring to The Table
- Industrial or manufacturing experience, ideally with exposure to capital equipment.
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD for electrical designs and panel layout.
- Comfortability with owning projects from design to completion, demonstrating initiative and urgency.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Suite for project management and communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
