This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys working hands-on with electronic systems, PLCs, and power circuits in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working with electrical schematics, diagnostics, and system repairs, this could be the perfect fit.

- Consistent Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Diverse Hands-On Work: Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, develop prototypes, and improve system functionality.
- Growth & Collaboration: Work independently while engaging with management, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of electrical and electronic troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and work with AC power, motors, and transformers.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, ladder logic, and industrial automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and signal analyzers.
- Strong soldering skills and ability to fabricate electrical components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ITAR-compliant and able to pass pre-employment drug testing.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems down to the component level.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure peak functionality and safety.
- Install, assemble, and fabricate electronic and electrical components per technical specifications.
- Accurately document repairs and system improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze and enhance designs, test procedures, and system efficiency.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all electrical work.
