Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Technician for a contract position at our West Chester, Ohio facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in electronic systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic equipment.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product designs and processes.
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with soldering and using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certification or associate degree in electronics technology or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
