Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? Join our team as an Elementary School-Based Therapist, where you will provide therapeutic support within a school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including Trauma-Informed Care, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy, in a school-based setting
- Conduct intakes and diagnostic assessments for children and provide counseling services to them and their families
- Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely, compliant manner, including updating individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Partner with internal and external providers for effective case coordination
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active LSW or LPC licensure required
- 1-3+ years of experience providing counseling and psychotherapy to children and families (internship experience included)
- A passion for working with children and supporting their emotional and behavioral well-being
- Pre-employment background check required
- On-site during school hours, with an 8-hour workday. Flexibility in managing administrative time before, during, or after school hours is available.
- Generous PTO: 21 vacation days (can roll over 5 days), 6 sick days (rollover year-to-year), floating holiday, and a week off between Christmas and New Year’s
