Lead a team of three designers in supporting ongoing and new business requirements, which involves receiving customer drawings, managing and organizing necessary files, and creating accurate 3D models for the Manufacturing team's use in production.
What you need to succeed:
- Very strong 3D CAD experience (Inventor preferred but any will do).
- Ability to take paper drawings/blueprints, other CAD files, or real-world prototypes and create accurate 3D models for Manufacturing.
- Experience or education in Computer-aided design (CAD).
- Prior management experience is a plus but not required. We are open to nurturing your leadership skills.
- If you're a strong designer not yet ready for management, you may have the opportunity to personally own the largest account, giving you a chance to shine in a different way.
