Responsibilities include:
- Support project sponsors in developing project scopes and functional requirements.
- Build and execute project plans tailored to project needs and risks.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Analyze system requirements and manage projects within time and budget constraints.
- Direct and monitor projects closely, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, budget, and risks are managed effectively.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve technical issues and update project status.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met and drive quality improvement programs.
- Develop commercial proposals including machine configurations, cost calculations, and system layouts.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with at least one year of project management experience (three years desired).
- Proficiency in CAD Solid Works/PDM or similar software, along with experience in document management systems.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide projects involving cross-functional teams across various disciplines.
- Basic understanding of controls is desirable, with comfort in client-facing roles.
