Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, community services, and outreach programs.
- Identify and address community needs, incorporating them into impactful programs.
- Elevate the organization’s visibility and reputation through strategic networking, fundraising, and grant writing.
- Drive financial planning and performance, reporting to the board with accurate fundraising and financial analyses.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements, and lead financial modeling and budget reviews.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse team, fostering growth and job satisfaction.
- Oversee human resources and manage staff, volunteers, and key organizational systems.
- Lead efforts to retain and engage volunteers and foster relationships with individuals and businesses for organizational success.
- Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role with a non-profit organization, with a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing.
- Leadership: A servant leader mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for serving children and families.
- Management: Willingness to delegate, empathize with team members, and drive a positive workplace culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and social work license preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, experience in volunteer recruitment, and the ability to foster community and board relationships.
- Attributes: Empathy, passion, and strategic vision to lead and grow the organization.
