Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Hebron, Kentucky. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services for our equipment and systems. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent technical skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent;technical or vocational training preferred.
- Relevant certifications in field service or technical support are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or related technical role.
