Finance Coordinator
Full-Time | 100% Remote | M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

trak group is partnering with a highly respected financial services organization to place a Finance Coordinator on a contract basis to support a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded, remote-first company where your contributions will be highly visible and valued—without needing to step into a permanent role.

- Fully remote, Monday through Friday schedule

- Work closely with a small, high-performing accounting team
- Gain experience with financial operations that serve a nationwide network
- Coordinate funding requests for new loan closings, loan draws, and loan sales
- Process checks, ACHs, and wires through multiple systems (Fiserv, Sage Intacct)
- Review and approve wire transfers and ACH files
- Communicate with borrowers and title companies to support loan activity
- Record journal entries and support ongoing finance processes
- Assist the CFO with ad hoc duties and special projects as needed
- Associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Excellent math, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
