- Assist the Finance Team in day-to-day operations and maintain systems documentation.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely credit card processing.
- Manage new account setup efficiently.
- Prioritize and handle cash application with precision.
- Maintain meticulous cash management.
- Engage in outbound collections through phone and email communications.
- Utilize customer portals for invoicing processes.
- Fulfill other duties and tasks as assigned.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize data effectively.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting financial data and generating insights.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- High energy, self-motivated, and deadline-driven individual.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
