Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial partner to department managers, providing leadership and oversight for budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis.
- Report monthly financial results, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT to build tools and provide multi-functional training to enhance reporting processes.
- Analyze and report on current sales forecasts, trade spend accruals, and marketing spend.
- Create presentations for leadership and global teams, summarizing financial results and key insights.
- Maintain financial governance and accuracy while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Support the upcoming SAP reporting implementation, leading efforts for a smooth transition.
- Manage and develop junior finance staff, providing training and guidance to support FP&A functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Analysis (Manufacturing or CPG experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling for sales and profit performance.
- Experience in volume and sales forecasting with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment and drive results.
