What You’ll Do:
- Report on sales and margin by category
- Track and analyze overhead spending
- Monitor inventory levels, risk, and working capital
- Participate in cycle and annual physical inventory counts
- Support monthly close and reporting activities
- Prepare standard reporting templates and business KPIs
- Manage customer program accounting (rebates, discounts, etc.)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations
- Support ad hoc analysis including pricing, 80/20 analysis, and capital tracking
What You Bring:
- 1–5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Bonus: Experience with cost accounting, variance analysis, and OneStream
