- Oversee general ledger, accrual accounting, cost tracking, and fixed asset reporting
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, variance analysis, and costing
- Strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting procedures
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing accounting team
- Provide timely, reliable financial insights and support data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, GAAP, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven ability to lead close cycles, enhance reporting, and improve controls
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and excellent attention to detail
- Public company or compliance experience is a plus
