Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting processes, budgeting, and financial reporting in compliance with statutory formats.
- Lead the annual and semi-annual budgeting process, including balance sheet projections.
- Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting to support financial goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting for future acquisitions and ensure seamless system integration.
- Build and lead a high-performing reporting and budgeting team, focusing on career development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cost centers and budget owners to create budgets and deliver timely system updates.
- Partner with internal teams to support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects.
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in SAP and Tagetik software.
- Expertise in balance sheet analysis, fixed asset accounting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and influence teams across functions and levels.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to navigate between tactical responsibilities and strategic planning.
