Fixed Asset Accountant
Full-Time | Onsite in Cincinnati, OH | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$75,000–$80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

- Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in accounting systems
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for property, plant, equipment, and construction-in-progress
- Track project costs and transfer completed projects into active service
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or potential asset obsolescence
- Support audits and respond to asset-related inquiries
- Conduct or assist with cost segregation studies
- Partner with internal teams such as engineering and maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on fixed assets
- Strong Excel skills
- A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a fast-paced organization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
