Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Conduct engine tune-ups, oil changes, and brake repairs.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a fleet mechanic or in a similar mechanical role.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
