Foster Care/Social Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our growing Foster Care & Adoption team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, alongside a robust benefits package, generous PTO, and a supportive culture that values work-life balance.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our growing Foster Care & Adoption team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, alongside a robust benefits package, generous PTO, and a supportive culture that values work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children, families, kin, and foster parents, providing support, coaching, and assessments
- Manage an average caseload of 16 kids across 10-12 homes, working throughout the greater Cincinnati area (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist in developing and facilitating service plans with the child, foster family, biological family, and treatment team
- Conduct home visits, attend court hearings, facilitate team meetings, and provide crisis support as needed
- Complete intake paperwork, mental health assessments, and follow treatment recommendations
- Coach parenting skills based on evidence-based models and support foster parents to build their capabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet utilization requirements according to state and agency standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field
- LSW or LPC licensure in good standing
- Valid driver's license, own transportation, and required auto insurance coverage
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Generous PTO: 21 vacation days (with rollover), 6 sick days (rollover year-to-year), a floating holiday, and a full week off between Christmas and New Year’s
