We are seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our supportive and flexible team. This role provides an opportunity to make a big impact on a small, dedicated team, with potential for growth into a permanent position for those who excel.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle clerical duties such as chart printing, assembling/disassembling records, logging, and scanning
- Assist with scheduling if experienced with NexGen
- Previous front desk experience required
- Experience in a medical setting is a huge plus!
- Supportive Manager: Work with a manager who values your contributions and often promotes standout contract employees to permanent roles
- Flexible Hours: Enjoy a flexible schedule—start as early as 7 am and choose an 8-hour shift that fits your lifestyle
