Responsibilities include:
- Answering, handling, and screening incoming telephone calls.
- Greeting and registering patients, filing, and preparing charts.
- Check-out functions, including reviewing encounter form data, collecting co-payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Completing daily bank deposit and day-end reconciliation duties.
- Some locations may require charge/receipt-entry and charge-receipt summaries for all office-related services.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task and accept constructive criticism.
- Customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong computer skills (Epic experience preferred).
- Flu shot required.
